Choosing the proper investment mechanism is one of the main tasks of any investor that requires careful analysis and research on all available information. Since no investor exactly knows whether his or her expectations for a particular stock return will be met, they need to build their strategy in such a way as to eliminate as much damage as possible in the event of an adverse outcome. This study aims to predict the optimal portfolio using Algorithm Analysis Systems. In this regard, 98 firms listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange were examined in 2015-2019. Then, random portfolios were selected to test the research hypotheses by separating value stocks and growth stocks. For analysis, two algorithms of Support Vector Machines and an Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System were used to select the most desirable portfolio. According to the support vector machine algorithm analysis, the results confirm the difference between the Sortino and Marquitz portfolios. To build their portfolios, decision-makers often rely on growth stocks which can boost their expected returns. Therefore, recognizing the analytical nature of portfolio formation in specialized areas can help improve investment analysis and pave the way for higher returns.

Protecting the interests of shareholders is considered one of the main pillars of any capital market, which, while increasing the level of financial transparency, prevents the loss of their interests to those in power in companies. Consistency of laws and regulations on the one hand and the effectiveness of the corporate governance system in supervising the financial and legal operations of the company is considered important factor in respecting contracts and supporting the investments of minority and majority shareholders of companies, which makes investors confident in protecting their investments. Governance structural keywords in the corporate governance system can lead to Investor Protection by arranging effective board oversight mechanisms and motivating investors to have confidence in the structures of capital market companies. The purpose of this study is to interpret Investor Protection under the existence of a Governance Civilization based on interpretive prioritization analysis.
In this study, theoretical screening based on similar studies was used to identify the components (Investor Protection) and research propositions (themes of corporate governance civilization). Then, in order to determine the reliability of research components and propositions through the participation of 14 experts and experts in the field of accounting and financial management, Delphi analysis was used. In the quantitative part, the components and propositions identified in the form of matrix questionnaires were evaluated by interpretive analysis by 20 managers of the top 50 companies of the Tehran Stock Exchange in 2009.
The results showed that the proposition of sociocracy is considered the most influential theme of corporate governance civilization in capital market companies, which strengthens the effectiveness of internal control as a component of protecting the interests of shareholders. This result shows that the theme of sociocracy enables corporate governance mechanisms by promoting the level of sharing and participatory discourses to increase the effectiveness of board oversight, strengthen the weaknesses of internal controls to enhance the effectiveness of control over financial performance, and enrich the capacity to build trust and confidence in the performance of companies.

The growth and complexity of society justify the need for relevant economic information, information systems, and information-generating processes, and the need for auditing as part of the information reporting process increases. This has affected the professional functions of auditors. The purpose of this research is to choose the influential dimension of mindfulness of auditors' professional judgments based on social pressure analysis based on Rough Theory. The methodology of this research is mixed and it has been used by Meta-synthesis, Delphi and Rough Theory. The target population was the qualitative, similar research and academic experts in the field of accounting. However, the target population in a small number of 19 audit partners had more than 5 years of work experience, which is acceptable from the statistical population due to the requirement of Ruff theory analysis. In this study, based on the Meta-synthesis analysis of selected researches, 4 propositions of pressures based on social compliance and 3 components of auditors' professional judgment were determined. The results in this section show that the most effective proposition of social compliance pressures was the market pressure proposition, which affects the inferential consciousness of auditors in their professional judgment and violates the auditors' mental functions such as skepticism and objectivity.
